EKRUT in collaboration with GO-JEK, Accenture Indonesia and Kolega presents “Startup or Corporate, Which One is Right For Me?”

EKRUT has been dealing with corporations, startups and talented candidates for years. Along this time, EKRUT was asked with this questions from candidates, "How does work environment in corporations differ from startups?"

Nia Sarinastiti, Inclusion and Diversity Lead from Accenture Indonesia, will share her experience working in top-tech corporate company in the world. Dimas Sayyid Mahfuz, Learning and Development Manager from GO-JEK, will share his experience working in number one tech start-up in Indonesia. Both of them will share their knowledge and experiences work ethic in both culture. This talk aims to encourage participants to find as much information as they can, on work-culture and work-ethic in corporations and startups that aligned with their vision and passion.
